    Explanation

    Let the total number of camels be x.
    Then, acording to the question,
    x/4 + 2?x + 15 = x
    ? x - x/4 - 2 ?x = 15
    ? 3x - 8?x - 60 = 0
    ? ?x = [8 ± ?64 + 720] / 6
    = (8 ± 28) / 6
    ? x = 36
