A is strong because prevention of accidents must be given top priority. B is weak because it talks of "major problem "vaguely
A is a weak arguments. What is wrong if sex is considered taboo ? The argument fails to go into reasons . B is not strong because it undermines the capacity of sex education itself.
If an institution has to improve its academic performance,it has to take the good students ignoring the masses.
Argument I is not strong because correct administrative status or performance may control even big states properly. But argument II has its obvious explanation as the cost is going to increase anyway if we set up new offices,recruit new personnel etc.,
I is strong. in fact, higher education would lose its meaning if it becomes universal, at least in the present scenario where unemployment prevai!s. we rather need to give thrust to vocational education. II is strong. it is true that if the subsidy amount being wasted on higher education is diverted to primary education,we shall be more in tune with development

When we are talking about the entire education system, we can 't make policy only on the basis of a particular field. hence I is not strong. II is strong because it is a fact that only professional can 't be sufficient for all the fields.
Both arguments are pointing out how the harms could be done there as a cost for reaping some benefits like irrigation and Hyde power. we can not neglect the poor residents of the concerned area to develop some other parts of country
Concern for employment should be paramount. Hence I is strong. II is not strong because cheaper prices and setting up plant in India should not be seen as mutually exclusive. The MNCs will keep on benefiting the consumer even when it produces good in India .
