A supplies 20 men who work for 8 h per days for 6 days. B supplies 15 men working at 9 h per day for 7 day and C supplies 10 men working 6 h per day for 8 days to do a certain lob. If ₹ 636 is paid for all the labour, what is C's share?

Correct Answer: ₹ 128

Explanation:

Total man hours work done by men supplied by A, B and C
= (20 x 8 x 6), (15 x 9 x 7), (10 x 6 x 8) and the wages must be in the ratio of the work done.
So, ₹ 636 has to divided among A, B and C in the ratio (20 x 8 x 6) : (15 x 9 x 7) : (10 x 6 x 8) = 64 : 63 : 32
∴ C's share = (32/159) x 636 = ₹ 128
