If A is the simple interest on B and B is the simple interest on C, the rate % and and the time being the same in both cases, what is the relation between A, B and C?

Correct Answer: B2 = AC

Explanation:

∵ A = (B x R x T) / 100 ....(i)
And B = (C x R x T) / 100 ...(ii)
From Eq. (i) and (ii)
⇒ A/B = B/C
∴ B2 = AC
