From question,
Food items = 40%
Clothes + conveyance = 50% of 60% = 30%
⇒ Remaining amount = (100 - 40 - 30)% = 30%
∴ 1/3 of 30% = 19200

∴ 100% = Rs. 192000
So his monthly income = 192000 / 12 = 16000
