Given, 

25% of three-seventh of 26% of a number is 145.5

Let the required number be 'N'

i.e,  $\frac{25}{100}x\frac{3}{7}x\frac{26}{100}xN = 145.5$

N =  $\frac{145.5x7x10000}{75x26}$

=> N = 5223.07
