A completed their work in 8 X 2 = 16 days
B completed their work in 8 X 3 = 24 days
A and B one day work1/16 + 1/245/48
A and B completed their work in 48/5 days = 9.6 days
(1/24 + 1/30) x 6 + (1/24 + 1/C) x 11 = 1
Time required will be in ratio = 5:4
B alone will do it in =16 days
Ratio of efficiency of A to B is 3 : 2
Let, In 8 days they complete = (3 + 2) × 8 = 40 units
So, total work = 40 × 12/5 units
Time taken by B alone to complete whole work = 40 × 12/5 ×2 = 48 days
A takes 24 days to complete a work.
B is 20% more efficient than A,
hence B will take (24*100)/120 = 20 days.
C takes (20+10) = 30 days.
Time taken by A & C in completing the work = (24*30)/(24+30) = (24*30)/54 = 40/3 days.
