Many students at school and degree level are not able to master the subjects event if they have passed out with high scores.
Courses of Action
I. Education boards should examine and revise the examination system to tap the real talent.
II. Examination system at all levels should be so designed as to discourage the rote learning.
III. Difficulty level of the examination papers should be significantly increased.
