    I. Yes. The employee plays an important role in achieving the employer 's objective. If an employee become unable to perform the role because of disability, the employer must have the right to terminate the service of the employee.
    II. No. Humanity can't be ignored. If our constitution facilitates reservation in jobs for the disabled, why think of termination of service if a normal person becomes disabled?
