Both I and II are weak arguments. Because it is not prudent to change the national game on account of less recognition or dismal performance.
Banning for a short duration will be beneficial in the long run because reproduction will increase the gross quantity of the fishes. Hence, argument I is strong . Argument II is also strong because increase in the price of fishes will cause inconvenience to the common people.
Argument I is strong because the best talented persons must be given chance to make civil services more dynamic. Argument II is strong because taxpayers' money should be used to bring about good and desirable result.
Both arguments I and II are true . The former represents positive features while the latter the negative ones.
Argument I is strong because the very poor among the upper castes really need reservation. Argument II is weak because it is not true.

I is strong on the ground of convenience brought to the people. II is not strong because restarting bus services between the two countries does not mean that the services will be without security check-up.
I is strong on the basis of the ground of the constitutional privileges provided to SC/ST categories. II is strong because only the the persons among SC/ST who have the required caliber should be selected to study medicine.
I is not strong because it does not give sufficient reason. II is strong because it states a genuine concern.
I is strong because it will give lesson to erring states and will pave the way for the Central government to deal directly with NGOs. II is also strong because it will be difficult for the ministry to keep a watchful eye on the utilisation of funds released to NGOs, as a result of which cases of embezzlement may increase.
