UNODC is abbreviated as United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. It is a global leader in the fight against illicit drugs and international crime. Established in 1997 through a merger between the United Nations Drug Control Programme and the Centre for International Crime Prevention, UNODC operates in all regions of the world through an extensive network of field offices.
Wular Lake is the largest fresh water lake in India. It is sited in Bandipora district in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. The lake basin was formed as a result of tectonic activity and is fed by the Jhelum River.
The Supreme Court of India was established on 28th January, 1950.
The Supreme Court followed the Federal Court of India which was founded under the Government of India Act, 1935.
