What is the difference between the total number of men and the total number of women working in night shifts from all the industries together?

Hence, total number of men working in night shifts in different industries = 3864 + 5796 + 7084 + 1288 + 3381 + 5474 = 26887

As per first graph given in the question,
Number of people working in night shifts from Call Center Industry = Total number of people working in industries x 32%
Number of people working in night shifts from Call Center Industry = 40250 x 32/100 = 12880
As per second graph given in the question,
Then Number of females working in night shifts from Call Center Industry = Number of people working in night shifts from Call Center Industry x 45%
