Total rose production = ( 15000 + 12500 + 12450 + 20000 + 12400 + 22500 + 22400 + 25000 ) = 142250
% Rose Production increase in State = Rose production in state x 100 / Rose production in All state
% Rose Production increase in Gujrat = Rose production in Gujrat x 100 / Rose production in All state
% Rose Production increase in Gujrat = 15000 x 100 / 142250
% Rose Production increase in Gujrat = 1500 x 100 / 14225
% Rose Production increase in Gujrat = 300 x 100 / 285
% Rose Production increase in Gujrat = 60 x 100 / 57
% Rose Production increase in Gujrat = 6000 / 57 = 10.54 %
Similarly Calculate the % Rose Production increase in all states one by one and compare them.
Percentage production of rose in the States (the lowest four states)
As per given graph, we can see that the % spending for following sports are same.
Tennis = 10 % and Others = 10 %.
Golf = 12.5 % and Basketball = 12.5 %
Football = 15% and Hockey = 15 %
The country spent the same amount of money on Golf and Basketball , which is 12.5% in each .
So , Answer will be Golf and Basketball .
From above given table ,
Total number of students in II = 100 + 200 + 200 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 = 900
Total number of students in I = 200 + 300 + 500 + 100 + 400 + 300 + 200 = 2000
? Required ratio = total number of students in II : total number of students in I
Required ratio = 900 : 2000 = 9 : 20
According to question, Total spent 100% = 1,20,00,000
According to graph,
? Expenditure on the game of Basketball = 121/2 %
? The Amount spend on the game of Basketball = 121/2% of 1,20,00,000 = 25 x 1,20,00,000/100 = Rs. 15,00,000
In 2005, total number of units sold by all the companies = Total number of units sold by ( Company A + Company B + Company C + Company D + Company E + Company F )
In 2005, total number of units sold by all the companies = 143 + 85 + 100 + 78 + 154 + 120 = 680
Hence, required percentage = Number of units sold by company B x 100/ Total number of units sold by all the companies in 2005
Hence, required percentage = 85 x 100 /680 = 12.5%
From the given Bar graph, we can see that the Highest graph for Rice in all state will give the maximum production of Rice. The production of rice is the Highest in state B.
Hence the state B is the largest producer of rice .
i.e. State B ? 10 Lakhs tonnes
As per graph
Average pass percentage of the boys in classes II and III = 70 + 50/2 = 120/2 = 60%
As per given graph we can find that
Average pass percentage of the boys in classes VI and Vii = 50 + 70/2 = 60%
Therefore. average pass percentage of boys in classes II and III is equal to the average pass percentage of girls in classes VI and VII.
